where we undo the negative stories and messages from our past about our bodies, about being in our sensual expression, about what it means to be safe, about being among other women or femme-identifying. in this special class we will take a look at those parts of ourselves we'd rather not see to bring them to light and compassion in order to transform them into greatness.
It’s unlike anything around. Full releasing of feminine energy and really getting into your body. Transported to a place of pure love and intuition. You come out feeling warm and inspired and happy. Thank you Cat.You are beautiful and amazing. Thank you to bringing on so many more so women can get into their bodies and feel great.Â

When I was first invited to this class, I was a little nervous. I didn’t see myself as being a person who would wear my underwear and do yoga with a bunch of strangers. But then I questioned: “What’s so scary about this. Why not?” and I realized that was my fear of being judged and not being perfect and keeping me from doing something fun and exciting. I’m going to keep going these classes because I know it’s one step closer to getting over my fear of perfection and just having fun.

I am so happy that someone created this and it had to be Dr Cat Meyer. She is the perfect, perfect individual to host something like this for women. So we can let go of our inhibitions of our bodies and souls. What I loved was the slowness of it. Yoga classes are often fast and this one allowed me to slow my roll. Because I feel I'm such a fiery personality and what I need is to slow my roll. This allowed me to embody my feminine. The music was amazing, the guidance, her voice. Everything about it was designed for us to come undone. Thank you for creating this, Cat.

I’ve got to say I’m so pleasantly surprised how safe and yummy and comfortable i felt in this container. THe women,The tears. Really dropping in deep to a yoga practice. So slow. Cat would use the word “honey” so we could go slow. So we could move our spine. I actually love slow yoga because it’s another level of connecting to our bodies, connecting to our movement, connecting to our breath. I’ve never been to a class with all women celebrating their bodies let alone in sexy underwear. I loved it, so cool. This is what the world needs. We are all wearing underwear underneath our clothes. It didn’t feel like a show at all. Just women really wanting to embody themselves + connect deeper into this stretch mechanism of slow sexy yoga.
Thank you, Cat. The music was so good. Such a powerful experience.
I look forward to the next one.Â

The experience took me to a space of rawness and vulnerability. The community and sisterhood was something I didn't realize I was craving for. It’s seriously so therapeutic.Â

Came un.done in this slow-flow sensual yoga experience... I haven't felt so dropped into my body in a minute. also so badass coming together with a group of women to practice in our undies, letting go of self judgement and welcoming the skin on skin contact we normally don't experience while we move!

since it’s birth in 2018, Dr Cat + Lena Ozea did monthly classes + in-person retreats. Working with hundreds of women + trans + femme-identifying to find home in their bodies along side community.
we took a pause for personal life + career expansion.
and now it’s back online with Dr Cat.
Dr Cat Meyer has been teaching yoga for 16+ years, as well as, working as a psychotherapist specializing in sex, trauma, + psychedelics.
Her style of teaching gets us to slow. it. all. down. so we can better connect within ourselves creating stronger interoceptive awareness--a person’s ability to detect their own internal bodily sensations. Bringing women + femme-identifying to be more aware of their internal body cues may decrease external body awareness, or objectification of our own bodies.
She believes that developing a regular practice to connect with + open the body is the best form of integration, whether you’re integrating from a major life circumstance, psychedelic work, or just needing to come home to Self + community.
